Indian Restaurant Mausam in Montclair

Mausam the newest Indian restaurant which was opened a month ago had a Grand opening with the visit of City’s Mayor Robert Jackson as well as Secaucus Mayor Michael Gonnelli (where Mausam has its first location).

The Mayor welcomed Mausam to Montclair, calling the town “the restaurant capital of the world”, adding that the city is lucky to have Mausam, an Indian Restaurant.

Mausam’s cuisine is a perfect match to the restaurant’s bold decor. Some of the dishes are roasted cauliflower buds served with Mausam’s own tangy Gobi 65 sauce, chicken tikka with tangy yogurt sauce, the delicious carrot halwa as well as Kheer, Kulfi and many more from the Indian palate.

“Mausam has created its own line of spices and sauces, which explains why the flavors in certain dishes tasted both unique and delicious.
