Barbeque Nation, the Casual dining restaurant is hosting ‘Global Cuisine Indian Style Food Festival’ from Aug 1 to 17. The restaurant will host the fest across all its nine outlets present in Delhi-NCR together with the Independence Day Celebration.
The restaurant is offering a buffet menu which comprises of 22 dishes inside it. Speaking on the same, Vijay Anand Bakshi, Head Culinary Operations, Barbeque Nation, said, "There was a time when all restaurants wanted to do fusion food but it didn't sustain for too long. That's why we thought of doing it for an occasion and it took us a good amount of research and trial for this fest.”
The buffet will be available during lunch and dinner hours at Rs 1,600 per person however it may vary on different days.
