Foodpanda partners with OpenRice

Foodpanda, an online food ordering platform in India, is partnering with Southeast Asian restaurant review portal OpenRice. With this partnership, Foodpanda users will be able to check out food reviews for each listed restaurant they wish to order from, while OpenRice customers will be able to order food directly from local restaurants by accessing the Foodpanda delivery widget on each restaurant profile’s overview tab.

Rohit Chadda, MD and Founder, Foodpanda, said, “This partnership will enable our customers to make a more informed choice, thus making the process more transparent, convenient and customer friendly.”

Both parties have also planned to extend this partnership to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia in the near future.
