Food fest at Fairfield Bangalore

The Fairfield by Marriott, Rajajinagar, Bangalore has recently hosted Zaikedar, a food festival at its restaurant Kava.

Zaikedaar showcased a variety of classic dishes, like punjabi butter chicken, malabar fish curry, kadhai paneer, murg malai tikka, and varieties of biryani. India’s first Masterchef, Pankaj Bhadouria was also present at the fest where she conducted a special cooking demonstration for guests, hotel staff and media.
