Dutch based IMCD acquires Kushalchand Sons distributors

IMCD NV, the Dutch based speciality chemical specialist, has acquired Mumbai food ingredients supplier Kushalchand Sons.

The family based company is the distributor of food speciality ingredients in India and represents world class suppliers.

With a goal to provide the food industry with a single stop solution for all their clients’ formulation needs, Kushalchand Sons has been at the forefront of food ingredients distribution in India.

With this acquisition, the Dutch based company will strengthen and expand its presence in the fast developing Indian food market.
