Park Pavilion, Kolkata is celebrating ‘Dosai Fusion’ food festival by introducing menu like Tandoori Murgh Khurchan Dosa, Keema Dosa, Cheese Akuri on Dosa and much more.
Speaking on the same, Rupam Banik, Executive Chef, said, "We want to present the traditional Dosas with a touch of innovation. The crafty imagination of our Chef’s would indulge the Kolkata foodies to enjoy this fusion food which would be a connoisseur’s delight."
The festival started on June 9th and will continue throughout the month.
