Mumbai headquartered VITS hotels a business luxury hotels chain has launched a new franchise programme to revive stand-alone hotels. It is looking to boost up its pan-India expansion plans through this programme. According to a company official, a number of hotels from across India have shown interest to sign up with VITS. For a one -time fee, VITS will extend branding, operational and marketing support, staff training and other assistance such as sales and IT etc, to its franchisee hoteliers. However, independent hoteliers will continue to hold their ownership of the hotel. Besides, the business model is based on 100 per cent ROI policy. Potential franchisees can expect to leverage VITS branding to become at par with international standards.
