Shemrock Group of Schools, a chain of pre-school and nursery play schools is all set to expand its franchise network, across the nation by opening 65 more schools. These schools will be operational by March 2011.

The company is looking at the major metro cities, tier II and III cities to increase the presence of the brand through franchising. For the past 20 years, the company has been following the franchise route to expand its business. Presently, the company has 120 schools spread across the country and also in Nepal.

The franchisees are required to invest Rs five to 10 lakh with an area of 2,500 sq. ft on the ground floor with 70-80 per cent built-up area. However, a complete support from interior decoration, to marketing will be provided by the company itself.
