Liyans Commerce Pvt. Ltd, a venture of one of the real estate marketing conglomerate of eastern India, Somani Realtors Pvt. Ltd (SRPL) is planning for franchise development. Liyans plan to open over 1,000 franchise locations across India in the next five years. It plans to extend to all major cities and Tier I, II and III towns of India via franchising.
